Hyattsville Zombie Run
About
The annual Hyattsville Zombie Run will be held in Driskell Park on October 5th! This fun, family-friendly event includes three races: a 1K Family Fun Run, a 1 Mile Kids Run, and a USATF certified 5K. The Hyattsville Zombie Run is organized by the Hyattsville Elementary School PTA.
When registering for the race, students can choose to be an individual fundraiser. Individual Fundraisers are walked through a simple process to set up their own webpage to raise money for their school (any school!) from family and friends who sponsor them to run in the race. 100% of funds raised through the student’s fundraiser will go to the school of their choice!
All students who start an individual fundraiser will be entered for a chance to win a bike from Arrow Bicycle!
When: Saturday, October 5, 2024 (rain or shine)
Where: Driskell Park, 3911 Hamilton St, Hyattsville, MD
RACE DAY SCHEDULE
7:30 – 8:45 a.m. – Race day registration and packet pick-up
8:45 a.m. – 1K Family Fun Run
9:05 a.m. – 1M Kids’ Challenge
9:30 a.m. – 5K Zombie Run
10:30ish a.m. – Awards ceremony (at the conclusion of the 5K)
