As the mother of a 4th grader, Cindy understands firsthand the importance of a thriving school community. Kayla Lee Treasurer Kayla Lee brings professional expertise and personal commitment to the PTA Treasurer role. As the mother of a 3rd grader, Kayla is passionate about giving back to the school community and ensuring that PTA funds are managed with transparency and responsibility. Her goal is to help the PTA maximize its impact through sound financial stewardship. |
Jewel Smith Lead Class Parent Liaison / WhatsApp Manager Jewel Smith is a longtime PTA volunteer with a passion for keeping families informed and engaged. As the mom of a 3rd grader, she understands how important timely and accessible communication is for busy parents. Her mission as Lead Class Parent Liaison and WhatsApp Manager is to foster strong parent-teacher connections and make information easy to access. |
Alba Mazariegos Class Parent Liaison 2nd and 3rd Grade Alba Mazariegos is passionate about helping families and teachers feel supported and heard. As a mom of a 3rd grader, she understands the challenges that come with balancing school and family life. Alba's goal is simple but powerful: to make busy lives easier and ensure that all voices are valued. |
Millie Wade Class Parent Liaison 4th and 5th Grade Millie Wade is committed to being present, prepared, and accountable in her role as Class Parent Liaison. As the mother of a 3rd grader, Millie understands the importance of strong communication and community involvement—especially in the upper grades. She is eager to contribute to the PTA’s efforts in creating a supportive, informed network of families and educators. |

Lauren Schreiber Co-Secretary Lauren Schreiber is thrilled to return to GWES not just as a parent, but also as an alumna! With over 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, she brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how to maintain clear records and communication. As the proud mom of a 3rd grader (and a newborn!), Lauren is excited to support the GWES PTA and help ensure smooth and effective collaboration between parents and staff. |
Emily Gill School Store Manager Emily Gill is a dedicated parent of twin 4th graders who have thrived at GWES. With a knack for organization and a sharp eye for detail, Emily is committed to keeping the store running efficiently and effectively. She’s grateful for the chance to give back to a school community that has meant so much to her family and is always ready to lend a hand where needed. |
